Admin would have access to the entire system or all the features of the system. Admin can manage the customers, create new roles, assign roles, generate reports. Others can also perform these activities based on the access they are given by the admin. Once the admin or any other Role has access to customer subscription, they can access all that a customer role can access.
This role gives the direct access of the system to the customers. Every time a customer is onboarded, by default, they would be provided with four roles - System Global Admin, Employee, Manager and HR Admin. Additional roles can be added as per the requirements. This enables the customers to setup the system with ease.
This feature lets the managers track their employees’ attendance on day to day basis. The marking of the attendance with the correct disposition is handled through this feature.
Lets you create new employees in the system. With this feature you can define the structure for storing employee data of your organization.
It allows to manage the updating of the leaves. Employees can submit, update and cancel the leave request through this feature.
You can update all the holidays in the year into the calendar which will be connected with the attendance and leave management system.
You can pull out all the attendance records of the employee and/or yourself.
You can customize the general setting and leave policies according to your requirements and organizational policies.
